SubDex Privacy Policy

At PetruccelliLabs, we believe privacy is fundamental. SubDex is designed to help contractors organize subcontractor information while keeping your data private and under your control.

SubDex does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal data. All information you create, manage, or import in the app stays on your device.

Information SubDex May Access

Contacts

SubDex may request access to your Contacts only when you choose to import subcontractor information from your address book. This access is used solely to help you select and organize contacts inside the app.

Your contact data is never uploaded, transmitted, or shared. It remains on your device at all times.

You can deny or revoke Contacts access at any time in the Settings app. If access is disabled, SubDex will still work, but contact importing will not be available.

Camera

SubDex may request access to your camera for future features such as scanning business cards or capturing subcontractor-related information.

Any camera data is processed on your device only. Images and camera input are not uploaded to external servers or shared with third parties.

How Your Data Is Stored

SubDex stores your data locally on your device. This may include subcontractor profiles, tags, notes, ratings, and app preferences.

SubDex does not use cloud storage, remote servers, or external databases to store your information.

Some basic app preferences, such as onboarding status or interface settings, may be stored using standard iOS local storage technologies like UserDefaults. This information also remains on your device.

What SubDex Does Not Collect

SubDex does not collect:

• Personal information

• Usage analytics

• Tracking data

• Location data

• Advertising identifiers

• Crash reporting data

• Contact data for external use

SubDex does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, license, or share your data with third parties.

Because your information stays on your device, SubDex is designed to minimize data exposure and give you direct control over your information.

Third-Party Services

SubDex does not use third-party services for analytics, advertising, or user tracking.

SubDex does not show ads and does not share information with advertisers.

Children’s Privacy

SubDex is intended for use by contractors and construction professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or applicable requirements. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.

Your continued use of SubDex after any update means you accept the revised policy.
